The location and scenery are very important to me. East Tennessee State University has that exactly. The school is not too far from my parents home. It's about 5hrs driving and 30 mins plane ride. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous during spring, summer, and fall.

Course Curriculum

7

Course Curriculum is necessary and is there to guide the professor and the students for the semester. Other than guiding those within the department. It is there for statistical purposes so that the staff can know what to improve or remove within the lesson plan.

Exams

SAT, ACT, GRE, Pre-Graduation Exam, and College Exit Exam are my main entry level and exit level exams I took. I did take exams for classes.

Placement

7

I am not sure since I haven't graduated yet, but based on previous students experience they seem to be doing well when it comes to finding a job after graduation. Also, there are departments that provide internships that lead to jobs afterward.

Internship

My University does provide internships and the pay is livable. The University provides internships in most departments and internships to help students after graduation. The internships not only provide educational programs but it is very helpful when it comes to networking.

Events

7

My college is very diverse when it comes to celebrations. We celebrate almost every holiday, every historical month (such as Black History month, and women month).

Fees

Fee for college is EXPENSIVE. The school does not do very well when it comes to scholarships. Most of the scholarships provided are for locals and US citizens.

Scholarship

I did for financial aid. The process was short and quick, but I wish the provided more assistance when it comes to aiding.

Examination Structure

If we are talking about the Graduation Exam, it is structured with almost every subject. The test itself is not very difficult and is very short. The exit exam is a test provided by the department themselves which is strict with subjects and topics from the major.

Faculty

7

The faculty is very welcoming, encouraging, and is always there to support when needed. They make sure students have the resources needed to succeed in the semester and in any class.

Hostel

This is a difficult question. I am not sure, so far living on campus is not that bad, but for others, it may be. I believe living on campus is easier since everything is paid for via scholarships and loans, thus you wouldn't have to worry about monthly payments.
