I chose Knox for its population size. We have less than 3000 people on campus, including faculty and staff. And being introverted, I really think that is important. I also was very taken with their study abroad programs.
Course Curriculum
I think it is very challenging because it is a trimester system. Which makes the courses feel more intense than they actually are. It would be better if it were spaced out over the course of a semester.
Faculty
I think they are very competent and they live by what they teach. My only issue is the faculty is a bit old, so maybe having younger professors would be better.
Accommodation
Fees
Fees are generally less than $30000 annually, especially because it is a nonprofit school, so students regardless are given scholarships and financial aid.
Examination Structure
Exam structures are based on classes. In one class you may have an exam, and in another, just a paper. It all depends on the instructor's preference. Generally, the entire school has midterms and finals.
