I chose this school because it was close to home, it was very reasonably priced tuition and it is a great school for those that aspire to be teachers. It also has a beautiful campus and the class sizes are small.

Course Curriculum

10

I think that the course curriculum is great, very interesting, and very educational. The courses required for my major were all great courses that really strive to help students in the real world. Group work is a part of every class to get students ready for working in groups in their future careers.

Internship

Yes, two internships were required for my major and my school provided all the resources to find these internships. There was a whole list of places that wanted to hire CSUF students as interns. My internships were not paid, as they were in a classroom, but there are plenty of internship options that were paid.

Fees

The fees were pretty basic and inexpensive. If you were driving to school and needed to park there, a parking pass was $256. Of course, there are other expenses like books and supplies which can range from $50-$300 a semester. (Or at least that?s what mine cost)

Examination Structure

Most exams were multiple choice on a scantron in class. Sometimes a professor would give a 'take-home test' in which we would do it online at home. Sometimes teachers would have written exams where we would have to write essays.

Faculty

I did not once have a bad professor. When I got into my major classes is when I found the best professors. They try their best to learn your name and you can tell that they really care about each and every one of their students.
