Multiple Experiences at one University

I chose this university because it's particularly very close to my home and it is also where my father attended. When I first toured the campus, I really loved how small the campus is overall, it is very easy to find all of my classes.

I think that the course curriculum is pretty great. I feel that I am becoming very well prepared for my future career through my classes. Even the general education classes offer some great information that will be beneficial.

I took the ACT exam and also tested out of having to take the CASA exam for education majors. I did not take any placement exams.

As stated above, the placement opportunities for education majors are outstanding. We are placed at many different schools to provide us with multiple different experiences. We also offer a wide variety of on-campus jobs.

The college offers many opportunities for internships through our classes. For my particular education class, we are required to intern at an elementary class and it has been beneficial for all of the students.

Since we are a Catholic university, we celebrate many Catholic events. In particular, the feast of Saint Francis is a large celebration on campus. We have a special mass each year on his feast day to recognize him.

In order to attend the University of Saint Francis, it costs a very pretty penny. I was able to attend only through scholarships.

I simply received financial aid as soon as I applied and was accepted. If I had not been gifted the aid that I was, I would not be attending.

I have not been required to take many exams during my times at the University of Saint Francis. For my psychology class, I really did not mind the exams that were required. The structure was appropriate for the type of class.

The faculty on campus are overall pretty amazing. Each and every faculty member care about the well-being of the students.

I have been living with my parents off-campus since I began attending the University of Saint Francis. This allows me to save quite a bit of money throughout the school year to be able to afford tuition.
