They offered good programs for almost every type of major and interest. They have pretty expansive study abroad programs that were easy to apply for, as studying abroad was important to me to be able to experience. They also provided me with the most financial aid.

Course Curriculum

The curriculum was pretty good, but it was focused on underclassmen trying to figure out what to do with their careers, not upperclassmen honing in their skills and interests. Also, syllabi didn't do the best job of explaining what the class would cover.

Placement

The resources were technically there, but the staff didn't seem to be receptive to students actual needs and desires in the workplace. It was also more left up to students to over actively seek out the help for placement opportunities than the facilities advertising themselves well.

Fees

For in-state students, tuition was a base cost of around $10,000, and out of state tuition was about $30,000. Variable costs and fees were meal plans, textbooks, housing and potential utility costs, groceries, entertainment, dues for clubs, etc.

Examination Structure

In the underclassmen levels, exams were mostly multiple-choice and many professors liked to use trick questions, which is unfair to students who don't learn that way. In the upperclassmen levels, exams were more often written or substituted with large projects in order to teach actual life skills that would be utilized in the workplace.

Faculty

Most of the faculty, especially within a college-level were wonderful and responsive to students they recognized. Professors of larger class sizes, however, tended to be less helpful and responsive to the needs of students. Also, some professors didn't seem to be interested in teaching, leaving students to rely on TA's and external resources more than they should have had to.
