The ongoing research projects in the university aligned with my research interests.

Course Curriculum

9

The course syllabus had enough basics to introduce you to basic knowledge of the topic. The assignments and exams also focused on the application part of the basics. We also had projects in most of the courses which helped me a lot to deep dive into the course.

Exams

A bachelor's degree in related field; my scores: GRE- 301;IELTS- 7.5; there is no minimum score. Mostly, the acceptance depends upon your statement of purpose

Placement

7

Although most of the students opt for PhD immediately after Masters, I would say if we focus on our career goals early in the course and develop required skills, maintain professional networks and get an internship, it gets easier to find a job.

Internship

Yes, I did an internship at Benton County Health Department. I received no stipend but this opportunity helped me get hand-on experience on real world data to paved a way to apply for the right jobs.

Fees

50L for 2 years; around 70$ per unit.

Scholarship

No.

Faculty

9

The faculty to student ratio is 1:15. All the faculty members are approachable and patient with the students. The Teaching Assistants also help you throughout the course which gave me extra support when preparing for exams and working on projects.

Campus Life

There is an online website where you can find information on different clubs and events taking place in the campus. There is also a Student Experience Center where you can participate in various extracurricular activities.

Hostel

8

There are options for students to take a lease and share it with 2-3 other students. That way, the rent cost get much cheaper. Average rent I paid was around 450$ per month and I stayed with 1-2 persons.
