This university is one of the good universities for Masters in Data Science. It is also close to where my spouse works.
Course Curriculum :
The program aims to meet the growing demand for high-level information systems/science skills. It provides a path for individuals from diverse fields to rapidly transition to data science careers. It enables established IT and computing professionals to upgrade technical management and development skills.
Exams :
My scores: GRE 146 Verbal 169 Quant 3.0 Writing, TOEFL 92/120, Required scores: GRE and TOEFL (scores not mentioned).
Placement :
For graduate alumni employed or seeking employment, 77.4% reported that they were employed full-time.
Events :
There are many activities, clubs and research facilities. As I am in Data Science department, I am part of Big Data Club. All activities happen through zoom during these COVID times.
Scholarship :
I didn't receive any scholarship.
Faculty :
There are around 15 faculty members in my department. The faculty and staff have good knowledge and experience.
Hostel :
The on campus housing is a bit costly. The price is around $11,200 per year (?8,00,000/year).
