USC has a very good name and ranks in Computer Science and it is very well recognized in the job market as well. The location of USC is also very good for getting placed into good companies.

Exams
GRE - 308, TOEFL-101. Other admission requirements - Undergrad CGPA >= 8.5 and good profile with work experience and good SOP.
Placement
Lots of chances to get recruited by good companies. Research opportunities are also vast. Post-study career prospects are excellent.

I did not intern anywhere.
Events
Lots of clubs are there. The gym is really big and well-equipped. You can access wifi anywhere inside the campus.
Fees
The total tuition fee will be around $34000.
Scholarship
I have not received any scholarship.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio would be 1:70. They are approachable via mail and the TAs are also very helpful in clearing your concepts.
Hostel
On-campus accommodations are costly around $900 per month. Off-campus accommodations are also available and they are a bit cheaper.
