Candidate should have passed M.Sc. in Physics/ Chemistry/ Bioscience/ Nanoscience/ Forensic Science/ Biochemistry/ Material Science/ Electronic Science/ Environmental Science or equivalent with 55% marks in aggrepate OR M.Tech in Nanotechnology/Biotechnology/Materials/Instrumentation / Electronics/ Food Technology/ Pharmacy/ Chemical Engg./ Biomedical Engg. or equivalent with 55% marks in aggregate.

For Indian National Candidate :

• The tuition fee for Ph.D. (full-time): Rs. 50,000 per semester
• The tuition fee for Ph.D. (part-time): Rs. 33,500 per semester

For Foreign National Candidate :

• The tuition fee for Ph.D. (full-time): Rs. 75,000 per semester
• The tuition fee for Ph.D. (part-time): Rs. 50,00 per semester
