Sharda University offers a full-time LLM Programme in 4 Specializations. It is a postgraduate program focusing on the study of corporate law from a wider interdisciplinary perspective. LLM Programme is designed to establish an understanding of legal principles which enhances knowledge in academics & law research. The program will help students with the study of contemporary debates in both criminal law and criminal justice at an advanced level.

• The duration of the Course is 1 Year or 2 Semesters.
• LLM Programme is specialized in Corporate & Commercial Law, International Law, Criminal Law, and Human Rights.
• The minimum Eligibility of the Course is to complete LLB Degree from a University or Institution recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI) with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates must be eligible for enrolment as an advocate in India.
• Selection will be based on CLAT/LSAT Entrance Exam for Direct Admission.

The Eligibility Criteria to take Admission to Sharda University for LLM Course is as follows:

• National Candidates: The candidate must have an LLB Degree from a University or Institution recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI) with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates should be eligible for enrolment as an advocate in India. Candidate must be proficient in English Communication.
• International Candidates: Candidates must have taken a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination and have studied the prerequisite subjects for admission into the desired program.

Candidates must have a minimum of 50% score in the CLAT or LSAT Entrance Exam which would give them direct Admission to the University. Otherwise, they have to appear in SUAT. It would be further processed by Counselling.

Online Application:

• Visit the official website of Sharda University.
• Fill out the application form with the correct details.
• Submit the Application fee of INR 1500 for male candidates and INR 1000 for female candidates by Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net- Banking.
• Submit the required documents along with the Application form.
• Print the form for future reference.

Offline Application:

• Candidates can obtain the Application form of INR 1500/1000 from the admission office of Sharda University or from any Regional Office.
• Pay the Application fee through challan or Demand Draft or Cash at the fee counter of the University. The fee is INR 1500 for male candidates and INR 1000 for female candidates.
