Mangalayatan University PhD Course eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate need to have a Masters Degree from a recognized Institution or University with a minimum of 55% marks or its equivalent
- Candidates qualifying UGC NET/SET/SELT/JRF or with an MPhil degree are directly eligible for the interview round.
- Candidate not appearing in any entrance exam need to qualify MURET for admission
- Candidate appearing in Part-Time PhD need to qualify for the entrance test (MURET) and final round of Interview.
- Candidates from SC/OBC/ST (Non-Creamy Layer)/differently-abled/other categories will be accorded according to UGC and GOVT. of India.

Mangalayatan University PhD Admission Criteria
- Candidates can apply for admission by filling up the online application form
- For offline mode, Candidates can download the application form
- The personal and academic details need to be filled up and the scanned images of previous qualifications needed to be uploaded.
- An application fee of INR 2500 needed to be paid through online mode- Debit/Credit/ Net banking/UPI or through offline mode through a Demand Draft in favour of ‘Finance Officer Mangalayatan University” payable at Aligarh NEFT/Cash Deposit.

- After completing all the above steps, Candidates need to pay the application fee of INR 2500 through debit/ credit/ Net Banking and submit the application form
Offline Mode:
- Candidates can avail of the application form from the campus of the University or from the University website by clicking on the Offline application form.
- They can fill in all the required details and attach the documents with the form
- The duly filled form of the candidate should be posted to the University along with the Demand Draft of application fees in favour of ‘Finance Officer Mangalayatan University” payable at Aligarh NEFT/Cash Deposit.
