MGR Medical University M.D Neurology: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

For Indian candidates:

• Candidates can fill the online application form available at the university website and submit it along with the required fee to complete the registration process
• Candidate must submit the registration fee of Rs. 1600/- for application and eligibility certificate through online payment gateway for students. The application and eligibility certificate fee is non-refundable

For NRI candidates:

• Candidates who have passed advanced level qualification and central board examination in foreign countries can also submit application and eligibility fee amount of Rs. 10,000/- through Demand Draft (DD) in favour of The Registrar, Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai.
• Candidate should be of Indian origin settled in foreign countries or should be born to parents of Indian origin in a foreign country. Candidate seeking admission under NRI quota must possess Indian passport

1. Allotment order (All India Quota/ State Quota)
2. Community Certificate
3. Transfer Certificate
4. X Std / XII Std Mark Statement
5. MBBS/MD/MS degree Certificate
6. CRRI certificate
7. Migration Certificate & Eligibility Certificate for students from other Universities (originals to be enclosed along with the registration application)
8. State Council registration certificate for UG degree

For NRI quota candidates:

1. NRI status of the financial supporter issued by the Indian Embassy
2. Certificate of relationship between the NRI financial supporter and the candidate issued by the competent authority
3. Valid Indian Passport of the NRI financial supporter
4. NRE (Non Resident External) Bank Account Pass Book of the financial supporter
5. Evidence for payment of Development charges US $ 1000/- to the college by the NRI financial supporter (One time payment at the time of admission only)

Candidate must possess qualification in one of the following subject i.e M.D (Medicine)/ M.D (Paediatrics)

Selection of the candidates to the MD/MS programme will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination, conducted by the university.
