ICT Mumbai Ph.D Nanotechnology: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

• Candidates desirous of taking admission in ICT in Ph.D. Programme are required to follow the following steps to apply for the same:
• The candidates are required to purchase and fill the form with accurate details.
• The candidates will have to fill separate forms for different course choices. [Ph.D. (Tech.) and Ph.D. (Sci.) separate for each specialization].
• The application forms will be sold along with a Handbook. The application form and Handbook will be made available for sale at ICT counter on 5^th May 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the counter will be closed on the Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturday and Public Holidays.
• The payment for the forms is to be made via cash.

The candidates also have the option to download or order the forms by post.

2. If the candidate is ordering the forms via post the payment is to be made only by Pay Order/DD of any Nationalized/ Scheduled/ Private Sector Commercial Bank drawn in favor of ''Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai'', payable at Mumbai. It is non-refundable and non-transferable payment under any circumstances.
3. Payments made via cheque or money order are unacceptable.
4. The application form will be sent by the Registered Post Parcel on the address the candidate had provided along with a Handbook
5. The application forms must be filled in with true and accurate information.
6. Incomplete forms sent will be rejected and there will be no correspondence made.
7. The forms are to be submitted along with the attested photocopies of the certificates required by the last date.
8. The candidates are required to get the photocopies of the certificates which are to be submitted by the Principal of the College or Gazetted Officer or Special Executive Magistrate or Head Master of a Secondary School or teaching staff of a Government /Govt. Aided College / Polytechnic not below the rank of a Lecturer.
9. The completely filled application forms are to be summited at ICT counter or sent to the ICT by Post or Courier along with a Pay Order or Demand Draft of any Nationalized/ Scheduled/ Private Sector Commercial Bank drawn in favor of ''Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai'', payable at Mumbai.
10. The candidates will be returned a tear-off receipt, which is at the bottom of the application form. While accepting the application form the clerk will sign and stamp the receipt and return it. The number on the form is be used for any further correspondence.
11. Application forms received after the last date of submission will not be accepted.
12. The candidates applying from SC/ST Categories are required to submit the photocopy of the Caste certificate or Tribe Validity Certificate. The candidates failing to do so will be treated as all the other students of General Category.

Candidates applying for Ph.D. must have a Master’s Degree in the relevant stream of ICT or any other UGC recognized University with at least 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA. For reserved categories, the marks or an equivalent CGPA is relaxed to 55%.
