Tse admission takes place in two steps, the students are supposed to fill the online application form followed by the interview. The application fee charges are 500 Rs. JNCASR has 351 students enrolled in the Center's various academic programmes. The college also has students enrolled in the Integrated Ph. D., M. S., and M. S. How to get a Ph.D at JNCASR?

You should then submit the Application Form online only.

For the Application fee, you should pay through a Demand Draft of Rs. 500 in favour of Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, payable at Bangalore and send it to the address mentioned below by post, quoting your application number and the area(s) of research. One Demand Draft (non-refundable) is sufficient for multiple choice of areas.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have a minimum of 55% marks at the Bachelor’s level [(B.Sc) as applicable to the area]. Candidates who are appearing for their final examination in Bachelor's can also apply.

Admission Guidelines

Candidate will be selected through the Joint Admission Test (JAM) for Master’s and/or JNCASR’s written test, followed by an Interview at Bangalore if you are shortlisted. The JNCASR written entrance test JNCASR, Bangalore. If you are shortlisted from the screening tests, you will be called for interview the same day or the next day.
