• Candidate can obtain the prospectues and application form online from ths university website.
• Candidates can register themselves to the above mentioned courses by submitting the registration fee of amount Rs.4000/- (for OC & BC candidates) and Rs. 3700 (for SC/ST candidates).
• Candidates must have to pay the registration fee online through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking

Enclosures for MDS:

1. Date of Birth Certificate. (SSC or its equivalent certificate)
2. Study Certificates from 1st BDS to final BDS.
3. In case of candidates from Government Dental College, Vijayawada, Government Dental College, Hyderabad, Army Dental College, Secunderabad. Study certificates from 6th class to Intermediate / 12th standard.
4. In case of candidates obtained BDS or equivalent Degree from outside the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana / India, 10 years residence certificate of father/mother/spouse issued by Competent Authority indicating years of residence and other relevant certificates if any as per Presidential order in support of eligibility.
5. All marks memos from 1st BDS to final BDS.
6. Scanned Photo.(80 kb in size)

8. Category certificate if applicable.
9. Internship certificate
10. Dental Council Registration Certificate.

5. In case of candidates obtained MBBS or equivalent Degree from outside the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana / India, 10 years residence certificate of father / mother /spouse issued by Competent Authority indicating years of residence and other relevant certificates if any as per Presidential order in support of eligibility.

5. All marks memos from 1st B.U.M.S. to final B.U.M.S.

9. Experience / Service Certificate.
10. Council Registration Certificate.

13. Attested copy of the Provisional / Original Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination
14. Attested copies of memo of Marks obtained in all examinations of the qualifying examination, (from 1st year to final year).
15. Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate.
16. Attested copy of House Surgency / Internship Certificate.
17. Certificate of Caste or Social Status as in proforma issued by MRO.
18. Study certificate / Residence certificate in support of Local / Non-local status where applicable
19. Nativity Certificate issued by Revenue Official not below the rank of District Revenue Authority by the candidates claiming the seat under the seats reserved for outside the state candidates
20. Attested Copy of Medical Registration Certificate.

Enclosures for MD (Homeo):

1. Clear and legibly typed and attested by Gazetted officer i.e., clearly visible attested Xerox copies of all marks statements from 1^st year BHMS to Final year BHMS.
2. Attested copy of Medical Registration from the respective State Medical Council.
3. Attested copy of the Compulsory rotating internship certificate mentioning date of completion of internship.
4. Attested copy of Provisional or Original Degree certificate
5. Attested copy of study certificate of BHMS course.
6. If the applicant is studied in two places, they should submit 10th class to BHMS course study certificates for deciding local area of the applicant.
7. Social status certificate (permanent caste certificate)
8. Certificate of service particulars in case of in-service candidates
9. Discontinuance certificates as in Annexure issued by the concerned Principal, if he/she is PG student.  

Candidates who have passed MBBS / BDS examination from an Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India are eligible.
