The MPhil is a research degree in its own right and is examined wholly by a dissertation of not more than 60,000 words, to be submitted by full-time students after a period of two years' study, by part-time students after four years of study.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- A good Bachelors degree from a recognised institution.
- A score of 60% is considered comparable to a UK 2:1 (Second Class Upper Division). We take into account universities who mark more rigorously, eg University of Delhi, where they usually accept 55% or higher.

Applicants must also submit their research proposal at time of application if it requires a thesis to complete the degree.
