How you learn
The course is suitable if you don't meet the entry requirements for our BA (Hons) Business Economics course, or you want extra preparation before starting degree-level study. You share the first year with other Sheffield Business School foundation year students, then move on to the degree.
You will learn in a supportive, challenging and exciting environment. You will be based in Sheffield Business School, a vibrant, dynamic setting with excellent facilities and located in the heart of the city.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- High school leaving certificate required
- two GCE/VCE A level pass
- International baccalaureate
English Language Requirements:
- IELTS: minimum 6.0 overall with minimum 5.5 in each category
- TOEFL iBT: minimum 79 with minimum 17 in listening, 20 in speaking, 18 in reading and 17 in writing
- Pearson: minimum 52 with minimum 51 in each section
- MELAB: minimum 80
