In the MA Conservation Architecture degree course, students will explore why it's important to retain our heritage sites, the financial constraints and consequences of doing so, the methods available to restore them and the most effective ways to manage heritage buildings.
Students will learn professional, legal, management and administration skills, and we'll provide the expertise and support so they can develop their professional practice. Once they graduate, they will have all the tools they need for a career in historic building conservation.
The course is professionally accredited and recognised by the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) – the UK's leading body for building conservation practitioners and historic environment experts – and covers its areas of competence.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Students must have a good honours degree in a relevant subject such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building and Surveying, or equivalent professional experience and/or qualifications.

Indian Student Eligibility:

Students need to have a minimum of first-class or upper Second with a minimum of 60-80% on an institutional basis.

Language Requirments:

Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.
