- The BEng undergraduate courses are fully accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), allowing the graduates a fast-track development to the status of Chartered Engineer (CEng).
- The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering was one of the first departments to be established at the Malaysia Campus and the academic staff.

Indian Student Specific Requirements:
- For Indian Higher secondary certificate the average grades of four highest subjects will be taken
- Grade XII CBSE or ICSE boards: 84% to 93%
- Grade XII Maharashtra state boards: 84% to 93%
- Other state boards: 89% to 98%
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 79 with minimum 17 in writing and listening, 18 in reading and 20 in speaking
- IELTS: minimum 6.0 with 5.5 in each element
- PTE: minimum 65 with 59 in each element

I wanted to be free to live in a country I am not familiar with. But I didn't want to go to Europe because it would have been a big culture shock, so Malaysia was a good option to help me gain experience abroad, while not having such a big culture shock.
