- As well as giving students professional skills in key areas of the visual effects production pipeline such as previsualization, modeling, rigging, scripting, tracking, technical animation, effects animation, lighting, look development, and compositing, this course enables them to explore their own specialism in greater depth.
- Gain experience of the wider pre-production and production pipelines and emulate industry practice by working collaboratively in teams with students from other animation courses on industry-led briefs and short films. As well as dedicated studios featuring industry-standard VFX software, students have access to dedicated specialist camera and grip equipment, motion-capture studios, and a fully equipped sound stage including green screen facilities and motion-control cameras.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- A typical offer is 80-104 tariff points from at least two A levels (or equivalent).
- The University welcomes applications from mature students without conventional entry requirements. They take into account any alternative qualifications or other experience they may have.
- Students can gain considerable knowledge from work, volunteering, and life. Under recognition of prior learning (RPL) they may be awarded credit for this which can be credited towards the course they want to study.
- A minimum grade of 60% is required for introductory courses and a 60% overall average in all courses required for the certificate.
- Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students are required to pass Class 12th with a percentage of 70-72% (Major), 78-82% (Honours) from one of the following boards:
- All India School Certificate (CBSE)
- Indian School Certificate (CISCE)
- If English is not the students’ first language then they must provide proof of English competency.
Required Document List
- Transcript: Students must submit the official marks statements or transcripts that are provided by the college.
- Certificates: Certificates like High School or University/College Certificates are to be submitted for education qualification.
- Resume/CV: Outline of academic achievements and/or awards, publications, relevant work, and volunteer experience.
