You will gain a broad understanding of the phases of a forensic investigation and of computing in general. Extensive group work will develop your ability to think logically and use your initiative to critically analyse problems in the forensic domain.
Typical areas of study include programming, computer hardware and fundamentals, computing mathematics, computer networks and operating systems alongside specialist subjects such as forensics and security of file systems, networks and the internet.
