Our MasterÕs provides excellent opportunities to progress your career as a human resource manager, head of human resources, personnel manager or performance consultant. The strategic aspect of the course can improve your career prospects, providing a stepping stone to promotion within the HR field, as well as laying the foundation for further research study.

Every student within the Faculty has a designated Employment Personal Tutor (EPT), aligned to their area of study, to work with them throughout their course.
