- Master of Science in Compound Semiconductor Electronics at Cardiff University is a 1-year program.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Applicants will hold one of the requirement:
- BEng Electronic Engineering (2:2 minimum)
- Or, BEng Electrical Engineering (2:2 minimum)
- Or, BSc Physics (2:2 minimum).
- Students must be qualified in IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE to get admission in this program.
Indian Student Eligibility:
- Students will need successful completion of a relevant bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, with grades of approximately 55%-60% to qualify for the postgraduate courses.
- Some schools will also require the successful completion of a relevant master's program from a recognized institution.
