- Students will cover topics including syndicated loans, bond issuances, derivatives markets, and employment law. We will also compare jurisdictions outside of English courts, in the US, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
- The course also covers securities regulations, international banking law, international commercial arbitration and mediation law.
