This International Business and Commercial Law course will introduce students to the theory and practice of international business regulation in a globalized world.
Their studies will cover both legal and financial aspects, giving them a well-rounded qualification that will enhance their ability to work as a legal expert in multinational corporations.
The course will focus on international business law from a global perspective. It will identify the important characteristics of doing business in an international environment, the main sources of regulation, and key concepts of contract and corporate law.
Students will explore business dispute resolution and be introduced to the concepts of corporate social responsibility, in particular, doing business in developing countries.

Students should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognized university.
