The course provides a broad, thorough foundation in the fundamentals required for successfully organising and managing construction projects; such as strong communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of the building process and the ability to problem-solve. It includes the study of the latest technology implementation and innovation, such as BIM and 3D printing.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

English language requirement - a minimum of IELTS 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening). Also, the applicant needs Level 6 qualifications at the same level as UK applicants. In some countries where teaching is in English, the University may accept local qualifications.

The University offers pre-sessional English language courses if the applicant does not meet these requirements.
