I had to submit our CV, 1 SoP, and 2 LoRs. In my CV I highlighted my academics and my community engagements. In my SoP, I wrote more about my Bachelor's project and my concept of research that I want to pursue at the university and how it is novel and a solution to a big problem in my field of education. I also mentioned how my research aligns with that of a few Professors at this university. I took my LoR's from my Professor (asked him to focus on my research capabilities in the LoR) and the other from my employer (asked him to focus on my managerial, quick learning, and problem-solving capabilities)" Yeah I had a discussion with my professor.
