For its research program. No other university in the UK provides 6 months research project in my field.

I applied to the course because it had a 6 months research project which no other University in the UK offered.

Exams

SOP, CV, 3 LOR. Yes, I had an interview with the Course Director first and then the lead research supervisor.

Placement

The placement department of the University has been a great help in finding job opportunities in India as well as the UK. All other Universities in the UK support students for placements only up to 2-5 years after graduation. For the University of Nottingham Students, life-long support is provided.

Internship

NHS Queen?s Medical Centre, Nottingham, Graduate Researcher- Cancer.

Fees

26,000 for 1 year Master's course

Scholarship

British Council Women in STEM scholarship- full tuition fees (26,000 per year). No separate application was made. The University nominated my name to the British High Commission.

Faculty-Student Ratio was 1:2. All of them were approachable.

Hostel

I lived in an EnSuite flat on campus. I had my own Room and Bathroom. I had to share the kitchen and dining area with 4 other people. The average rental is 8000 per year.
