The first of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region, the Human Resource Consulting (HRC) specialization equips students with the ability to understand how business works and provide human resource solutions to help the business succeed.
The curriculum adopts a good mix of theories, practice, software, and tools to give students a solid grounding in human resource practices. Students are well-prepared for roles in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and management, training and development as well as consultancy.
Strengthening students’ soft skills are one of the key strengths of the HRC specialization as HRC students hone their skills in creativity, communication, persuasion, and collaboration.
Taught and mentored by faculty who are very strong in research, and practitioners with extensive industry experience.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Students must have completed at least 12 years of general education or will be taking High School national examinations in the year of application in order to be considered for admission.
