Waterford Institute of Technology PG Scholarship

Waterford Institute of Technology PG Scholarship is offered to non-EU students with EUR 2,000 reduction from the full-time PG degree courses. The scholarship is available at the Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT) for incoming students applying for the first time.

The PG Scholarship is merit-based and is offered to the deserving candidates to help to complete their goals.
Applicants must have a minimum of 65% marks in their Bachelor’s degree program to apply for the same.
The scholarship applies to those Non-EU applicants who will be self-funding to pursue full-time postgraduate studies at WIT.
Separate applications for the Waterford Institute of Technology PG Scholarship are to be submitted for consideration.

Eligibility Criteria

International students who wish to study abroad in Ireland at WIT are eligible to apply for this scholarship. In addition to that, they must meet the eligibility requirements listed below:

Applicants must have a minimum of 65% marks in their undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree program.
Must have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent to this band score to prove their English proficiency.
The applicants who have completed their graduation from the WIT university are not eligible.
Must fulfill the other requirements specified by the institution for the enrolment

Application Process

Applicants who have secured admissions at WIT are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Once they receive confirmation, candidates must complete an external scholarship application to secure the Waterford Institute of Technology PG Scholarship.

Selection Process

The selection of the recipients will be based on the requirement as specified by the WIT institution:

Excellent academic record in their undergraduate program
Must maintain an average standard unit for the institution to get the scholarship offer

Selected students will be notified by the scholarship committee by the end of May.
