Eligibility Criteria

The Flinders Go Beyond Scholarship is available to the brilliant international students at Flinders University. To be eligible for the scholarship, applicant must:

be a new student
be a full fee-paying international student
meet the standard admission entry requirements such as-

- Any prerequisites or work experience, etc.
meet the academic requirements at Flinders University

Program	Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate	overall grade must exceed the Flinders entry score by 5 ATAR equivalent points
Graduate	overall grade in the last qualification must be more than Flinders entry score by 0.5 GPA
Combined Bachelor/Master	must meet the entry requirements

Applicants are required to meet all the admission requirements for the eligible academic program they are enrolled in at the university. The scholarships cannot be postponed.

Application Process

Applicants for Flinders Go Beyond Scholarships are not required to file a separate application for the scholarship. Applications submitted by an applicant for admissions to Flinders University will be assessed for scholarship eligibility.

Delivery of Go Beyond Scholarship

The scholarship will be paid directly into the student’s tuition fee account for the first two semesters of the degree course.
The scholarship will offer a reduction in the tuition fee and will not cover the costs of any non-tuition fees, student visas to Australia, overseas health cover, living expenses or any other costs linked with living in Adelaide or studying at Flinders University.
The scholarship is not transferable to a third party.
If the recipient voluntarily withdraws from Flinders University without completing half of the units required for the course, the recipient will be liable to repay the value of the scholarship disbursed from the date of admission to the date of withdrawal.

Upon successful selection, the confirmation is sent within the Offer Letter. Recipients are required to return the course Acceptance Form and the Go Beyond Scholarship Acceptance Form for the scholarship to be awarded.

Grant Details

The Flinders Go Beyond Scholarship is awarded to international students enrolled in an eligible UG or PG program at Flinders University. Successful applicants will receive a 25% reduction in the tuition fee for the first two semesters of the academic program.

Scholarship Exclusions

Go Beyond Scholarships are not available for-

the current Flinders students who are transferring between Flinders courses.
students who have already received financial support from the Australian government, a foreign government, or another Flinders University scholarship.
students transferring to Flinders with credit from another institution.
the students applying for Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma courses or Research Higher Degree courses.

The candidates who got the scholarship must maintain international student status for the duration of enrolment. Also, they must pay the remaining portion of the tuition fees as per the deadlines. The scholarship will be considered null and void in case the candidates submit found to false or misleading information in the application form.

Transfer within disciplines can get approved which means getting transferred from the Bachelor of Business (Marketing) to Bachelor of Business (International Business); however, transfers to ineligible courses mean loss of the scholarship.
