Griffith University Bachelor of Computer Science Program Scholarship

Bachelor of Computer Science Program Scholarship is offered to both international and domestic students who need financial aid to study at Griffith University, Australia.

  • The scholarship is available for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Computer Science course at Griffith University.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Griffith University Bachelor of Computer Science Program Scholarship, applicants must either enroll or opt to be in the Bachelor of Computer Science course at Griffith University.

International and domestic students must fulfill the eligibility criteria given below 

  • Must have a valid student visa.
  • be a 2022 Year 12 school leaver
  • be eligible for admission into and have applied to commence full-time study in Trimester 1 2023 in one of the following degrees:
    Bachelor of Computer Science (1534)
    Bachelor of Advanced Computer Science (1657).
  • Must have achieved an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) of 86.25 or above, including the equivalent OP band of 1-7 and International Baccalaureate (IB)
  • Should not be in receipt of any other School of ICT-funded scholarship.

Application Process

Students who have secured admission at Griffith University can apply for the scholarship.

Students must apply through the Griffith University Scholarship Online Application portal, which is available on the official website of the university.

Note: Students can be selected for a number of scholarship programs with just one Application form, hence all answers must be given patiently.


Selection Process

Once the applications are submitted, next comes the selection process. The recipients of the scholarship are selected based on the application form and required documents attached to it.

Selected students will then be notified via email about the scholarship.

Payments regarding scholarship will be made within six weeks after the Census Date subject to satisfying scholarship terms and conditions.

Applicants may be shortlisted and be required to provide additional information.

Griffith University reserves the right to withdraw an advertised scholarship at any time.


Grant Details

Griffith University Bachelor of Computer Science Program Scholarship is offered to students enrolled in a UG degree in computer science at Griffith University.

Each scholarship is valued at AUD 3,000 and paid in a single installment.

Apart from the scholarship, students should maintain merit and excel in activities to receive awards at the end of each academic year. To apply, students must apply before January 16, 2023, to be considered for the same.

Terms and conditions regarding the Bachelor of Computer Science Scholarship at Griffith University :

  • Results of OP/ATAR can be uploaded even after the submission of the application.
  • The latest application will be considered.
  • Scholarship applications using different emails shall be invalidated.
  • The Student Administrator must be contacted in case the wrong information is submitted.
