No external application is required for the scholarship, students must be enrolled in the first year of the MBA program at Harvard Business School to be considered for the scholarship.
Once the students are admitted to HBS, the selection committee will evaluate all admission applications of the students.
The main criteria for the selection will be a demonstration of leadership qualities by showing a strong commitment to working in the public sector.
