Which is better for the CSE: UIET Chandigarh or BML Munjal University (The Hero Group) Gurgaon?

BML Munjal University is better for CSE. The university offers five specializations with B.Tech CSE - Data Science & Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Automobile Engineering, Cyber Security, and Robotics & Automation. To keep up with the ever-evolving trends in the industry, BMU recently incorporated Microsoft Intelligent Cloud Hub (ICH) programs in the curriculum.

The university has partnerships with leading universities like Carleton University, Ashton University, North South University, and many others. CSE department of BMU also collaborates with industries working in the areas of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science.

BML Munjal University placements of recent years show the highest CTC offered for CSE is around INR 40 LPA. Wipro, TCS, Deloitte, Google, etc. are among the major recruiters that take part in the placement drive.

B.Tech from BML Munjal University

My cousin is studying BTech CSE from BML Munjal University and as for ranking- it ranks #37 on the NIRF ranking scale and UIET Chandigarh ranks #59 I guess on the same. Apart from this, the general difference is as follows-

Location: UIET is in Chandigarh and BMU is in Gurgaon. In Gurgaon, you will have a higher exposure to opportunities as compared to Chandigarh. Chandigarh, though, is one of the best cities to live in because it is the cleanest.
Stream: As for the field of CSE, it's the best one to pursue in India; the opportunities you'll get with this will be location-independent, be it Gurgaon or Chandigarh.
Brand Value: UIET is affiliated with Punjab University hence your degree will show that. It has been ranked #601-800 by THE and is a highly esteemed university in India. BML Munjal University, on the other hand, is a budding university and not well recognized.

I've also heard that UIET Chandigarh's faculty is good, but private universities also appoint well-qualified faculties these days so I don't think that'll be an issue.
