Novartis, American Express, HUL, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Alghanim, Mondelez, etc. are some of the major recruiters that offered international profiles for HRM at XLRI, in past. Few multinational companies also give the opportunities to work in an Indian location for 2-3 years and then move to an international location.
