Is Brainware University campus safe enough to stay and study? I have heard it is away from proper Kolkata, so is it safe for girls there? Is the locality safe?

The Barasat locality, though a little too far from the proper Kolkata city, is still quite safe. In fact, the campus is close to the residential area so there is absolutely no need to worry about safety and girls regularly step out of campus.

The girl’s hostel is inside the main campus and the whole campus is 24/7 guarded by security personnel as well as other methods. The wardens and the matron in the girl’s hostels are very friendly and you could approach them for any problem, if any, should arise.

The campus itself has all the basic amenities, so you need not step outside if you are fearful of your safety.
