MICA Ahmedabad follows a generic process of admission for every applicant. So, you're eyeing admission at MICA, the prestigious B-School known for Marketing and Communication excellence. Fantastic choice! Here's your ultimate guide to getting in:

  1. Eligibility: First things first, you need a Bachelor's Degree recognized by AIU (even if you're in your final year). Check that box!
  2. Selection Criteria: Brace yourself; this is where the adventure begins:
    • Hit the minimum CAT, XAT, or GMAT cutoff scores.
    • Shine in MICAT's Section A, show them what you've got.
    • Secure impressive CAT/XAT/GMAT scores to unlock Section C of MICAT.
    • Ace Section C, and then gear up for Section B evaluation.
  3. Sectional Cutoffs: Keep your eyes on the prize – there are cutoff scores for both Sections C and B.
  4. Final Step: If you've conquered the selection criteria, you're heading into the GD & PI round.
  5. GD & PI Shortlist: Your ticket here depends on a formula: 50% CAT/XAT/GMAT and 50% MICAT Scores. So, give it your all.
  6. Expert Panel Thumbs-Up: Now, this is where you shine – in the Group Exercise and Personal Interview. Impress the experts, and you're well on your way to the final merit list.

Remember, practice makes perfect. Solve those previous year papers, put in the hard work, and you'll crack the admission test. But it's not just about aptitude; MICA values your creativity too. So, keep those creative juices flowing by diving into books, newspapers, and blogs.
