Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) is one of the top management institutes in India. The institute has a well-established summer internship program that provides students with an opportunity to gain practical experience in their field of study.

The summer internships at XIMB are highly regarded and provide students with exposure to various industries and sectors. The institute has tie-ups with reputed organizations across various sectors, including banking, consulting, FMCG, IT, and manufacturing, among others.

The selection process for summer internships is competitive, and students are shortlisted based on their academic performance, work experience (if any), and performance in the interview process.

During the internship, students work on live projects and gain practical experience in their chosen field. The internships are supervised by experienced faculty members, who provide guidance and support to the students.

During the XIMB summer internships 21, as many as 91 companies visited the campus. The highest stipend offered during the internship stood at INR 3.5 lakh, while the average stipend offered was INR 1.17 lakh.

In terms of internships and placements, the scenario is very good at XIMB as many top companies like KPMG, GEP, Deloitte, EY, HUL, Nestle, RB, Yes Bank, etc visit the campus for final placements offering jobs in various domains.

Well, the summer internships offered by the college are also very good. They offer the students very good and diverse positions for various programs and many students convert from PPOs or PPIs with their dedication and hard work. Many top companies and even MNCs visit the college during summer internships and also offer paid internships to the students.
