Both MNIT Jaipur and NIT Kurukshetra are well-reputed engineering institutes in India, offering UG and PG programs in diverse fields. Both institutions have their unique strengths and weaknesses offering a great learning experience to students. However, here are some factors you might want to consider while making your decision:

Ranking : NIT Kurukshetra B.Tech ranking by NIRF is 58 out of 200 colleges in India in 2023 while MNIT Jaipur B.Tech ranking by NIRF is 37 out of 200 in India in 2023
Courses : MNIT Jaipur offers a wider range of courses and programs compared to NIT Kurukshetra. MNIT Jaipur has diverse departments such as engineering, science, management, and humanities. NIT Kurukshetra, on the other hand, mainly focuses on engineering programs.
Faculty : Both NITs have highly qualified and well-regarded faculties who are experts in their respective fields. However, MNIT Jaipur has a more diverse faculty with a higher number of Ph.D. holders.
Infrastructure : MNIT Jaipur has a more well-developed and well-maintained campus offering a better campus life and facilities.
Placements : NIT Kurukshetra's highest package stood at INR 1.25 CPA and average package stood at INR 13.89 LPA while MNIT Jaipur's highest package stood at INR 64.00 LPA and average package stood at INR 12.43 LPA. The preferred choice between the NIT Kurukshetra and MNIT Jaipur depends upon various factors such as faculty, fee, placement, diversity, ranking, research opportunities, infrastructure, etc. Every college is holding a specialty in a distinct branch.

Below given are some factors that can assist you in landing at the right decision.

Ranking: According to the NIRF Ranking of Engineering 2020, the ranks secured by the two institutes are - NIT Kurukshetra - 40 and MNIT Jaipur - 35.
Fees:The fee for four years of engineering at NIT Kurukshetra is 2.27 Lakhs whereas for MNIT Jaipur, it is INR 3.79 Lakhs
