What is the procedure for getting transcripts from IMT Ghaziabad?

Transcripts play a crucial role in the life of a college student. At IMT Ghaziabad, there are two ways through which you can get transcripts:

By yourself or any service provider:

  • If you want through any service provider then you can go for NV DOCUMENTATION, Dwarka. 
  • You just send your scan copy of the mark sheets (both sides) and degree certificate (both sides) to them. 
  • Their services are reliable and quite popular amongst the student of IMT. Their delivery is superfast i.e. 20 days.

Through IMT academic department: However, if you want to get your transcripts through IMT itself you have to follow the procedure given below:

  • Send the Demand Draft payable to IMT-CDL, Ghaziabad of the applicable amount along with the required set of documents (All Mark sheet and diploma certificate issued by IMT CDL).
  • An Application letter with current address and two contact numbers.
  • All required documents and DD have to be sent to the Academics Department, IMT CDL head office.
  • Charges applicable are as per quantity required:
    • Up to 5 copies – Rs.500
    • From 6-10 copies – Rs.1000
    • 11 copies and above – Rs.1500
  • It takes approximately a month to get your transcripts developed.
