There is no such thing as the best college. You will have to compare various parameters and look at which B-School offers what you are looking for and is more suited towards your priorities. You can take into consideration various parameters like the following.

College fees
Placements
Companies visiting the campus
Courses offered
Faculty
Alumni
Campus
Industrial connections

IMT Ghaziabad is an older college and definitely would have been a good suggestion before. Now, with newer IIMS coming up, you will have wider options to choose from. As far as marketing is concerned, both colleges are quite well known for the subject. This is reflected in the quality of students that have graduated from this college.

The list given above should help you categorize what you are looking for at each of these institutes. You should also consider speaking to current students and alumni after doing your research. Moreover, set your priorities and clear what you are looking for. If you are looking at ROI, you should look at that from a long-term point of view and not something you should be concerned about as soon as you pass out.

Take into consideration your academics as well. If you are weak at them, consider going to a college with fewer students in a batch. If you have work experience, IMT Ghaziabad is also a good option. Sort out what is important for you and look at the parameters.
