Are the students of NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Surathkal, and IIIT Hyderabad as good as an IITian/BITSian?

In this case, the IITian may have a better chance of presenting their idea to the public and gaining recognition, but it does not necessarily mean that they are a better student than the NITian. It is very unfair to compare students of these colleges, it would be better if you just compare the different aspects of these colleges. It makes no sense in calling students of one institute 'good' without specifying any parameters.
There's no doubt that IITs are better but that doesn't mean that all the students studying at IITs are 'good'. The students taking admissions in NITs are also top creamy layer who got IIT Ranks but due to several reasons such as not getting the desired branch that day, they chose to take NITs.
Many students choose NITs and IIITs over IITs nowadays because:
- Better Branch is available for them at NITs or IIITs and the branch decides the entire pathway of your career more than the college.
- Due to some silly mistakes during the IIT exam, they slipped some ranks but they also did not want to take a drop.
Some students at NITs are far better than those in IITs because they think effectively.
- IIT students get better opportunities to present their ideas, better exposure to enhance their skills which makes them better students, thus getting much more limelight than NITians.
- But students at NITs get decent opportunities and they thrive to hone themselves as being the best out there.
- Because of getting more exposure and limelight, IITians are capable of executing and presenting their ideas. Whereas an equally skilled NITian gets ideas, he/she has fewer opportunities and connections and people will see that the IITian has performed better.
IITs and BITs may get better placements than NITs and IIITs because of the reputation and a greater number of companies visiting during the year, but saying that a certain college has good students while the other college does not, is utter stupidity.
