Which will be a better option, IIIT Naya Raipur CSE or NIT Bhopal chemical, in terms of placement?

One of my friends is a student of IIIT Naya Raipur. So, I have information about the institute. 

• The institute has Microsoft Project (CG-Swara) and UN Labs in IIIT - Naya Raipur and almost 45% of the first batch has undergone summer internships from decent foreign universities, such as NUS, NTU, Aberdeen University, National Taiwan University, and several others. My friends speak highly about the exposure of students in the institution.
• Students of IIIT have obtained the 2nd prize in Deloitte and even received direct PPO in the company as well. 
• The institution is known to provide ideal significance to research and development, because of which, 70% of the students from the 1st batch accomplished themselves a chance to be published in popular journals. 
• Alongside the exposure of being in a smart city like this, students also enjoy the average salary package of almost 10 lacs. If you tend to visit some other startup or a company, the package remains the same, based upon your skills. 

It doesn't really matter which institute you choose, the more important factor is your field of choice. So, select the field in which you believe you will have a better future.
