If you are a JEE aspirant, COMEDK will be the easiest for you to crack. When you compare this exam to VITEEE and MU OET, the level is somewhat the same. Since all these exams focus mainly on syllabus obtained from the NCERT books.

Ratio wise, there are more seats available for COMEDK. Thus, the candidate to seat ratio is the highest in this exam. Of course, JEE has more seats to offer than COMEDK. For a final comparison, JEE Main is the toughest. VITEEE and MUOET have almost the same level of difficulty as COMEDK.
So, if you crack the JEE, your chances of getting into colleges like VIT, Manipal, etc. are quite good. On the other hand, if you give the COMEDK, you can think of getting into top colleges like RCVE, BMSCE, and MSRIT.
