Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering is a tier 3 college. It has decent infrastructural facilities like air-conditioned classrooms, well-equipped labs, libraries, etc. The faculties are similar to any other engineering college. But if you are willing to do research, you can find some amazing professors who can help you.

Branches like CSE, and IT has good placement records. BVCOE Delhi placements of the last few years report an average CTC of INR 5- 7 LPA.

Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering is a very reputed college under IPU. If you have to name a college that matches its reputation, then it is definitely MAIT. BVC has gained its reputation because of the following points:

    • Location: It is very much within walking distance of Paschim Vihar East Metro Station. It is located adjacent to the station which is very convenient.
    • Placements: For the branches like CS/IT, placements are good and decent whereas, for core branches like EC/EE, the placements are below average.
    • Academics: No partiality is done among students when it comes to internal marks. This is a good thing as it will compel students to study hard for externals.
  • Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive and possess good knowledge of their respective fields.

Tabulated below are a few facts about the college:

NIRF Ranking

251-300 Rank band

Overall Campus Placement

76.24%

Total students placed

236

Top Recruiters

TCS, Aricent, Ernst &Young, ZS Associates

Following are some of the disadvantages of the college:

    • Campus: The college has a very small campus. You can cover it in barely 5 minutes.
    • Placements: As mentioned above the placements in the core branches are below average. However, it’s the scenario of every other college nowadays.
    • Branding: The brand name of BVC is not yet established completely like DTU or NSIT which makes it difficult for people to recognize in one go.
  • Internships: The college has very few internship opportunities. It is very difficult to land in high-end companies.

You can join this college if no other option is available. Bharati Vidyapeeth is a good choice if you are unable to join NSIT/DTU/IIT/NIT/IIIT.
