How is IIIT Bhubaneshwar and what is its ranking in India? How are its placements?

IIIT Bhubaneshwar is funded by the Government of Odisha that was initially set up in 2006 and got its University status in 2014. The institute admits local students through its own counseling program whereas OTA students (students from outside Odisha) are given admissions on the basis of JOSAA counseling and scores obtained in JEE Mains.

Board of Governors:

The director of IIIT Bhubaneswar, Dr. GK Nayak is an IIT KGP-IIM A alumni and works incredibly hard to make the institution one of the topmost in India with some help from IIIT Hyderabad and IIIT Bangalore whose directors are also part of the institute’s BOG.
