Course Fees
DTU charges a total amount of 7.8 Lakh for Electronics & Communication Engineering (4-year course), while NSIT charges a total of 27.3 Lakh for the same. Both of the colleges accept JEE Main scores, and 60% marks in graduation.
Admission Process
Both the colleges offer admission through Joint Admission Counselling (JAC Delhi 2017) based on the rank obtained in JEE Main.
Brand
DTU holds a larger brand value as compared to NSIT, as it is an older institute and is one of the most recognised institutes in the country.
Opportunities
DTU has a lot more students than NSIT and therefore an unhealthy competition environment is prevalent there, while almost the same number of companies visit the college for placement drives. Scholarships are available in both the colleges for tuition fee.

DTU recorded around 85% placements last year for ECE branch, with the highest package being 39 LPA and the average being around 8 LPA. Maruti, Bajaj, Suzuki, Tata Motors, Schlumberger, Turner, L&T, Hyundai, Samsung, Texas Instrument, CBRE, are some of the top companies that visited the college last year. NSIT recorded around 95% placements last year for ECE branch, the highest package being 50 LPA, and the average being around 7-8 LPA.
