To get your admission fees back from Amity University Noida, you need to apply for withdrawal from the program through Amizone. If you withdraw your admission 15 days before the commencement of the program, you will get a 100% refund of the semester fees and security deposit (after <5% of deduction, maximum of INR 5000 as processing charge).

The refund amount varies depending on when you are withdrawing your application. If you withdraw less than 15 days before the course commencement date, you will get a 90% refund. After 15 days post commencement of the course, you will get a refund of 80%. If you withdraw after 16-30 days of course commencement, the refund will be 50%. Post 30 days of the course start, you will only get the security deposit back.

My friend recently withdrew from Amity Noida University, where she opted for an MBA in Human Resources. On the website of Amity University and in the offer letters also, there is no specific information about their withdrawal policies.

To her inquiry mail, the repose given regarding withdrawal of fees is as follows.

You need to log into your Amizone site with your username and password on your microsite.
You have to click on the withdrawal option provided there and complete the process as per the instructions given therein.
A refund shall be rendered in compliance with the University Rules in place on the date of your withdrawal.

Refund Policy:

If you withdraw your admission within 15 days before the start of the academic session, after deducting 10 percent of the academic fee from the security deposit as processing costs, you will receive a refund of 100 percent of the deposited fees.
Within 15 days of the beginning of the academic session, 80% of the fees deposited and the security deposit is refunded to the student.
You will receive a refund of 50 percent of the deposited fees and the Security Deposit if you withdraw your admission within 16-30 days after the beginning of the academic session.
If you withdraw your enrollment on or after 30 days from the beginning of the academic session, none of the fees charged except for the security deposit are refunded.

On the day of admission, the university does not disclose such information explicitly. Before paying the fee for any course, make sure that you have all this information to avoid future conflicts.
