Rajalakshmi Engineering College (REC) is affiliated to Anna University and is ranked 106 by NIRF 2020 for BTech among all engineering colleges in India. It is among the top 5 engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. It is approved by AICTE.

Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE) is ranked 176 for BTech by NIRF 2020. It is affiliated under Anna University, Chennai. It has a student strength of 3911 students.

• Candidates should have 50% in their 10+2 qualifying exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are compulsory.
