Which is better for ME, IIEST Shibpur or NIT Durgapur?

IIEST Shibpur is the 2nd oldest engineering college in India. It is ranked 43 overall and 21 for BTech by NIRF 2020. It is approved by AICTE having a student population of over 4000 students.

NIT Durgapur ranks 47th for BTech by NIRF 2020, it is considered among the top engineering colleges in India. It is recognized by UGC and AICTE. It has a strength of 3618 students and a faculty of 224 highly qualified members.

Mechanical Engineering involves the study of mechanical and thermal sensors, their development, construction and design including tools, engines and machines. The undergraduate and postgraduate courses are 4 and 2 years respectively.
